At Precision Physical Therapy, I believe that physical therapy is not just about treating injuries, but about empowering our clients to take control of their own health and well-being. I prioritize education and prevention to help our clients achieve long-term results.
Our physical therapist has years of experience in treating a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain to post-surgical rehabilitation. We stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques to provide the best possible care to our clients.
I take a holistic approach to physical therapy, addressing not only the physical aspects of injury and rehabilitation but also the emotional and mental components. I believe that a positive attitude and a supportive environment are key to achieving success.
Hi, I’m Jon McQuistan, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Precision Physical Therapy here in Omaha. With over a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong passion for sports and movement, I specialize in helping everyday athletes recover from injury, move better, and perform at their best.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska Omaha, where I also competed as a college tennis player. I went on to receive my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Since then, I’ve continued to grow my skills through specialized training in:
At Precision Physical Therapy, I offer one-on-one, personalized care in a cash-based model that puts you first—no rushed sessions or cookie-cutter plans. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training to improve your golf game, or just want to feel stronger and more confident in your movement, I’ll work with you to create a targeted plan that fits your goals.
Outside the clinic, I stay active playing golf and spending time with my family. I’m passionate about helping people take control of their health so they can get back to doing what they love—with precision, strength, and purpose.

If you're experiencing pain, discomfort, limited mobility, recovering from an injury or surgery, or just want to improve your overall well-being, physical therapy could be right for you. It's also a great option if you want to improve strength, balance, and overall function, whether you're dealing with a chronic condition, preventing future injury, or enhancing athletic performance. Our therapists assess your specific needs, create personalized treatment plans, and help you achieve your health and movement goals, so it's worth considering if you want a non-invasive, effective solution for recovery and improvement.
